Could former Divas Champion Paige, AKA Saraya, return this weekend at WWE Evolution 2? A new rumor claims it’s likely.
This Sunday, the WWE will produce a long-awaited second edition of their all-women’s event, Evolution. While it took seven years for it to finally happen, the company has put together a stacked card to try and fill up the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, GA.

The card will include an NXT Women’s title fight between Jordynne Grace and Jacy Jayne. Tiffany Stratton is defending the WWE Women’s belt against friend and Hall of Famer Trish Stratus. And in the headliner, Rhea Ripley will look to regain her Women’s World title when she faces current champ Iyo Sky.
Along with some major matchups, there are sure to be some surprises. That likely will come in the Battle Royale that earns the winner a championship match at WWE Clash in Paris.
Wrestling Observer’s Bryan Alvarez fanned the flames of fun surprises this week when he reported “a lot of women have been contacted” about appearing at the event, and “there will be surprises at the Evolution show.” He then added that there is a “good chance” Paige will make her long-awaited return to the company.
The former Divas Champ ended her run in AEW, under her real name of Saraya, back in March. She has stated multiple times that she would like to return to the company. She recently revealed that the WWE head of creative, Paul “Triple H” Levesque, reached out about coming back in 2022. However, she chose to join her brother in AEW instead.
