The June 30th edition of WWE RAW was presented from the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It was the fallout show of WWE Night of Champions Premium Live Event that saw major buildup towards the upcoming Evolution PLE, some exciting showdowns, and coronation of new champions.

Furthermore, the main event of the night featured an explosive tag team match between two formidable sides. As the dust cleared, Jey Uso stood tall with his allies, fending off the attack from their nemesis, the Paul Heyman Guys.

Best Match
The best match of WWE RAW this week was the main event showdown. It was a tag team bout pitting Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed against Sami Zayn and Penta. Both sides engaged in highly enthralling action, with jaw-dropping feats, high-flying maneuvers, and exciting moves.
The ending of the match saw Breakker delivering a thunderous spear to Zayn to pick up the win. As they tried to inflict more damage, Jey Uso came out with a steel chair to attack his foes and save his allies.
Worst Match
Out of the four matches scheduled on the card, the match between Bayley and Lyra Valkyria was the least enthralling. It was a No.1 contender match for Becky Lynch’s WWE Intercontinental title that ended in a draw when Bayley pinned Valkyria with her shoulders on the mat as well.
Noteworthy Moments
The biggest highlight of WWE RAW was JD McDonagh and Finn Balor competing in a power-packed tag team showdown against The New Day for the WWE World Tag Team Championships. It was a highly compelling match that saw Balor and McDonagh execute a tag team combination move on Xavier Woods to win the titles.
A prime highlight came at the start of the show. A confrontation between Rhea Ripley and IYO Sky saw the current WWE Women’s World Champion offer Mami a title shot for WWE Evolution 2025. Ripley accepted, and the stage was set for this showdown.
Another interesting highlight was Chad Gable being announced to remain on the sidelines for months. This led to El Grande Americano making an appearance, who noticeably looked different, and it was clear from The American Made’s expressions.
One more noteworthy moment was the confrontation between Seth Rollins and World Heavyweight Champion Gunther. He teased a cash-in on him in the future, but got into a brawl with CM Punk. After he escaped the crowd, LA Knight appeared behind him and laid an attack on him.
Holy Sh!@ Moments
A Holy Sh!@ sequence took place during the main event tag team showdown. Sami Zayn, despite having broken ribs due to a lead pipe assault by Karrion Kross earlier in the night, delivered a suplex on the much heavier Bronson Reed. It was a jaw-dropping moment to witness, and right after, Zayn ate a huge spear from Bron Breakker.
Lowlights
Sheamus and Rusev collided in a huge showdown on WWE RAW this week. While it was a mid-card match on the show, it was a sight of hard-hitting and power-packed moves by the two brawlers. The match ended with The Bulgarian Brute hitting a Machka Kick on his former League of Nations cohort and pinning him for the three count.
Roxanne Perez was announced as Liv Morgan’s replacement to hold the WWE Women’s Tag Team titles with Raquel Rodriguez. The duo will defend the titles in a Fatal 4-Way tag team match against a team from RAW, SmackDown, and NXT at Evolution 2025.
A low light from WWE RAW also saw the announcement of a Battle Royal at WWE Evolution 2025. The winner of the bout would receive a Women’s Championship match at the 2025 WWE Clash in Paris PLE.
