Curious about who the top WWE wrestlers are right now? Well, look no further than our latest WWE power rankings. We look at the 10 stars that have stood out the most over the last few weeks on Monday Night Raw, SmackDown, and NXT with their wrestling, mic skills, and storytelling.
Without further ado, find out who the hottest wrestlers on the WWE roster are following the June 30 edition of WWE Raw.
1. Cody Rhodes
All hail King Cody! This past Saturday at Night of Champions, Cody Rhodes defeated Randy Orton to be crowned King of the Ring. With this win, Rhodes will now go on to SummerSlam to challenge for the Undisputed WWE Championship.
Fans have been speculating that it’s only a matter of time until Rhodes becomes world champion again. That time may be rapidly approaching. Rhodes is as popular as ever and SummerSlam is WWE’s second biggest event of the year. Although there is plenty of story left to tell with John Cena as champion, getting ‘The American Nightmare’ back on top on such a huge stage may be too hard for WWE to resist.
2. John Cena
Another main event, another instance of John Cena finding a way to win as he turned back a strong challenge from CM Punk. Cena’s heel run has been full of matches with a ton of run-ins and Saturday was no different. But Cena, with his craftiness, always comes out on top.
The seventeen-time world champion will remain firmly on top of the card throughout his retirement tour. Whether he remains champion during that time is now severely in question with Rhodes as his next challenger. But if recent history has shown us anything, it’s that Cena can always find his way to victory. It’s hard to bet against ‘The GOAT’ but he will have to come up huge again come SummerSlam.
3. Jade Cargill
As many had predicted, Jade Cargill is now the 2025 Queen of the Ring. Cargill took home the crown, defeating Asuka in the final in one of the best matches she’s had in WWE.
It’s been rumored for quite some time that Cargill is in line for a massive push. This feels like the logical start of that. A marquee victory over a future Hall of Famer like Asuka gives her a huge amount of momentum. Now, she heads to SummerSlam where she’ll challenge another highly touted talent in Tiffany Stratton for the WWE Women’s Championship. It may be only a matter of time before Cargill adds a title belt to her growing collection of accolades.
4. Seth Rollins
Seth Rollins sure knows how to maximize his minutes. ‘The Visionary’ attempted to cash in his Money in the Bank contract in grand fashion during the Night of Champions main event. Though ultimately unsuccessful, he continues to make his presence felt.
Rollins and his cohorts, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, were thwarted at Night of Champions but unintentionally aided John Cena in defeating CM Punk. As if Rollins and Punk didn’t have enough problems with each other, this pours another gallon of gasoline on their feud. Not to mention, LA Knight also has it out for Rollins. But all of this attention just goes to show how important Rollins is to the roster and as long as he has that briefcase, he remains in a fantastic position.
5. Gunther
The days are ticking away as we get ever closer to Saturday Night’s Main Event on July 12. Gunther has a date with destiny as he will defend his World Heavyweight Championship against Goldberg in a highly publicized bout.
Gunther continues to have a chip on his shoulder, even as champion. He feels no one is above him, not even a legend like Goldberg. It’s hard to argue with the man, given his body of work, and he has been dishing out weekly verbal reminders to the RAW audience. He did have a brief but interesting confrontation with CM Punk, which may lead to something down the line. But as it stands, Gunther remains the one to beat on the Red Brand.
6. Solo Sikoa
It has all come together for Solo Sikoa. The self-appointed ‘Tribal Chief’ has claimed singles gold as he defeated Jacob Fatu for the United States Championship at Night of Champions. And he did so by expanding his family.
Sikoa’s Bloodline are known for its outside interference. But they outdid themselves last Saturday as a returning Tanga Loa and a debuting Hikuleo got involved to ensure victory for Sikoa. This has been a long time coming as his character work and performances in the ring have been a highlight of SmackDown all year. With the title around his waist and a powerful crew at his disposal, he is in prime position to remain a large player for the foreseeable future.
7. Giulia
To the surprise of no one, Giulia continues her rise on the main roster. ‘The Beautiful Madness’ captured the Women’s United States Championship by defeating Zelina Vega on SmackDown in impressive fashion.
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, this is only the beginning for Giulia. Her immense talent and potent charisma give her massive star potential. Carrying the U.S. Title will give her ample chance to showcase that. It’s the perfect spot for her to grow while being featured regularly. That means great things for her and great things for fans. Whoever is on deck as her challenger has their work cut out for them.
8. Rhea Ripley
‘Mami’ found herself back on top at Night of Champions, as Rhea Ripley defeated Raquel Rodriguez in a street fight. It was another huge win on a huge stage for one of WWE’s biggest stars.
The victory puts Ripley right back within striking distance of the Women’s World Championship. And current champion IYO SKY took the initiative and laid out a challenge for the upcoming Evolution event. That match will almost assuredly be a banger. And with a number of large events on the horizon, most notably Crown Jewel: Perth in October, it may very well result in Ripley having gold around her waist yet again.
9. Finn Balor
Don’t look now, but The Judgment Day is dripping with gold. Every current active member has a title around their waist, and a lot of that is due to the master instigator that is Finn Balor.
Balor and JD McDonagh captured the World Tag Team Championship from The New Day this past Monday on RAW. This adds to a string of success for their group that has seen them all become champions. That includes the newest member, Roxanne Perez, whom Balor has worked into the group. Balor’s intentions seem less than genuine as he has taken great pleasure in stirring the pot. Nonetheless, he has had plenty of reasons to be all smiles as of late.
10. Sami Zayn
Sami Zayn scored a massive win at Night of Champions, taking down rival Karrion Kross. Zayn had really had enough of Kross hounding him the past few weeks and sent a clear message with the victory.
The issue hasn’t completely been put to bed, as Kross attacked Zayn backstage this past Monday. But that didn’t stop Zayn from putting on a gutsy performance alongside Penta in the tag team main event against Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed. Zayn’s popularity and in-ring prowess will keep him in the main event mix, much to the delight of fans. And if he stays healthy, the time may finally come when he can check his biggest box and become a world champion.
