WWE HOFer Eric Bischoff Reveals Secret Behind Shredded Physique At 70 Years Old

Eric Bischoff never made the headlines when it came to physical stature. Even during his heyday, he was known to be the mastermind behind WCW, which attempted to run WWE out of business. Recently, Bischoff revealed his incredible physique at 70 and the secret behind this astonishing transformation.

In a video on Diamond Dallas Page’s YouTube channel, the former WCW President appeared shirtless. He was visibly ripped, which came as a huge surprise to many wrestling fans. Bischoff revealed that he began working out diligently six months ago for the first time in his life, for at least five to six days a week. Adopting the lifestyle, he also added that it has now become an addiction.

Bischoff said, “I started lifting seriously about 6 months ago. So I’ve had a gym membership for like 11 years and I never went in. Now I’m in there five days, six days a week for 90 minutes at a stretch. Usually 70 to 90 minutes depending on what I’m doing. I’m addicted now, I can’t not go to the gym.”

Furthermore, he turned to a carnivorous diet to transform his body. While it was initially hard for him to be regular with his workout, Bischoff, with his dedication, began to enjoy the process, which led to him achieving fantastic results.

“The hardest part for me was getting my fat ass into the gym. Once I got into the rhythm I enjoyed it. I went about it very pragmatically, very slowly. I really watched my form, read a lot, watched a lot of videos – making sure I was doing things right. And I didn’t really start kicking up my weights until about 3 months ago,” said the WWE Hall of Famer.

Eric Bischoff has not made a major appearance for a top wrestling promotion. Yet, he has been keeping an eye on the wrestling world, and regularly gives his take on his 83 Weeks podcast. With the former WCW President gaining an impressive build, it remains to be seen if he would appear in a company like WWE or AEW to get involved in physical action in some capacity.
