Welcome to another edition of SmackDown. This is the first SmackDown since Crown Jewel, where Shane McMahon won the World Cup Tournament after The Miz could not continue. Also, Survivor Series is on the horizon, so look for Becky Lynch to have words for Ronda Rousey and more build towards the elimination matches. An interesting note is AJ Styles currently sits at 364 days as WWE Champion. If Styles can hold the title until midnight, he will have been champion for a full year. It would be crazy for Styles to not defend the title one more time before reaching 365 days.
