UFC 300: Justin Gaethje-Max Holloway, Bobby Green-Jim Miller Added

UFC 300

Two exciting bouts have been added to the upcoming UFC 300 event, including a defense of the BMF title.

Justin Gaethje will put his BMF belt and status on the line opposite former champion Max Holloway. UFC president Dana White also announced that veterans Jim Miller and Bobby Green will square off.

Set for April 13 from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, the card will feature Zhang Weili defending her women’s strawweight title vs. Yan Xiaonan. It marks the first-ever championship match pitting two Chinese fighters against one another.

Gaethje claimed the symbolic belt with a victory over Dustin Poirier at UFC 291, scoring a second round knockout. He is also a former interim UFC lightweight champion and former World Series of Fighting titleholder.

Holloway was the UFC featherweight champion for an extended period of time.

Miller is coming off a record-setting performance and will become the only fighter to have competed at all three milestones events. He also had bouts at UFC 100 and UFC 200.

UFC officials have attempted to pair Miller and Green up three previous times, with injuries scrapping plans on all three instances. The most recent came in 2022 when Green was forced out.

Three more former champions will be in action as Aljaman Sterling battles Calvin Kattar and Deiveson Figueiredo takes on Cody Garbrandt.

Bo Nickal vs. Cody Brundage is another bout announced.
