On the eve to Christmas Eve, a pair of boxing heavyweight matchups took place from Riyadh in Saudi Arabia. Anthony Joshua rolled past Otto Wallin in the main event from inside the Kingdom Arena.
However, the co-main event saw Deontay Wilder suffer just his third loss, falling to Joseph Parker.
Joshua, a former unified heavyweight champion, moved to 27-3 overall with a fifth round stoppage of Wallin. The win was the third in a row for Joshua and his 24th career knockout.
Wallin, who fell to 26-2, suffered just his second career loss with the other coming at the hands of current champion Tyson Fury in 2019.
Parker, a former WBC champion, scored his fourth consecutive win to improve to 34-3 when he earned the decision over Wilder, who also held that same time. This was the first fight for Wilder (43-3-1) in over a year.
Dmitry Bivol defended his WBA light heavyweight title with a decision over Lyndon Arthur and Daniel Dubois downed Jarrell Miller.
